Our portfolio company gathers two firsts place awards in ten categories. 

Cornerstone Investment Management, the corporate and real estate private equity investment manager, and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”) have created the Nationwide Veterinary Platform LuxVet24 to consolidate entities operating in the veterinary industry in Poland. As the first step, a preliminary agreement to buy a specialized veterinary clinic Klinika Bemowo has been signed. 

5th Corner, a new investment platform established by Cornerstone Investment Management and other shareholders, signed an agreement with Globalworth to buy five office assets in Warsaw: Nordic Park, Bliski Centrum, Batory Building I, Company House I, and Warta Tower. The deal is valued at approximately EUR 123 million. The agreement is preliminary and is subject to: approval by Anti-Monopoly Office and tax ruling.

PRS Spravia's first project in Warsaw
Spravia (the former Budimex Nieruchomości) has started a construction of two, new stages of the Mińska 69 housing estate in Warsaw. Both will be earmarked for long-term rental. The investor is Heimstaden, the substitute investor is Spravia and the general contractor is Finetech Construction.
