LUX MED, a major medical provider in Poland, is opening a large medical center in the newly revitalized V Tower office building in Warsaw.
LUX MED has leased nearly 4,000 m² in the V Tower building.
The new facility will serve both office workers and local residents of Wola.
The decision confirms that V Tower meets the strict technical and infrastructure requirements of modern medical facilities (HVAC, air quality control, layout flexibility, etc.).
Representatives from Cornerstone Investment Management say the lease is an important milestone, showing the building is suitable for diverse tenants.
LUX MED highlights that the location and modern infrastructure support high-quality healthcare and sustainable development.
Full revitalization of V Tower is expected to be completed by October 2025, including redesigned floors, green courtyards, intelligent systems, and a naturally lit lobby.
As emphasized by Karol Klin, Commercial Director at Cornerstone Investment Management, signing the agreement is an important moment for the project.
“Signing the agreement with the LUX MED Group shows that V Tower meets even the most demanding criteria. We are extremely pleased that this lease has been finalized, and we thank them for their trust. It is also worth adding that the new LUX MED facility is an added value for the residents of the Wola district,” said Karol Klin.
