Cornerstone Investment Management, together with its investment partner Fidera, has completed the acquisition of the Senator office building from Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
Located in the very heart of Warsaw, Senator is one of the city’s most recognizable business addresses — a modern office building combining historical character with top-class technical standards. The acquisition marks another strategic step in expanding Cornerstone’s office portfolio.

In parallel, Cornerstone, together with Fidera and White Star, has also acquired the PZO office buildings, further expanding its presence in the Warsaw office market.
