The winners of the 11th Annual CEE Investment Awards for investment, sustainable development, and business excellence in Central and Eastern Europe have been announced. We are very proud to receive the Investment Deal of the Year - over EUR 100 million award, for the acquisition of Spravia made together with Crestyl.
The Spravia transaction, valued at PLN 1.51 billion, is the largest real estate deal in Central and Eastern Europe since the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.
This transaction was a great teamwork effort and would be impossible if not for the combination of CIMs professionals and their expertise in specific areas.
