What changes in tenant preferences were considered when preparing the V Tower modernization project?
A key element is ecology. We aim to create a building with minimal environmental impact, equipped with the latest sustainable technologies. We have also taken into account modern trends in hybrid and remote work. In common areas, particularly in the lobby, we have designed coworking spaces for tenants as well as external visitors. The lobby space will become the agora of V Tower. Thanks to these new communal zones, it will serve as a hub for community integration. We plan to host various exciting events, including concerts, exhibitions, and fashion shows.
V Tower tenants will also benefit from a modern application that provides easy access to parking space reservations and daily office space management. Additionally, we are addressing health and safety concerns. Our installations are designed in line with post-pandemic standards, minimizing physical contact and ensuring efficient air exchange.
For cyclists, we have prepared bike parking, modern changing rooms, and facilities that support sustainable transport. The building will also feature a diverse retail and service offering, accessible to both tenants and guests. Furthermore, all parking spaces in external lots will be redesigned to include charging stations for electric vehicles.
