The CFO of 2022 is Piotr Pirogowski the CFO at Okechamp

During the last 1.5 years, Piotr Pirogowski was the main architect of the merger of the two largest mushroom processing companies including:

- the creation of the largest mushroom processing company in the world
- the sales of 51% of the shares of a privately owned company to two mutual funds
- the commencement of the process of integration of companies from Poland and the Netherlands

I must also point out that the investment team of the Cornerstone Investment Management fund, headed by Tomasz Pietrzak and Andrzej Klesyk, has done a lot of work on the transaction. We created the idea, counted synergies, presented the vision and with the help of employees and assets of Cornerstone Partners and Kartesia we managed to implement it."

A joint concept of the transaction consisted in the acquisition by two funds, Cornerstone and Kartesia, of a majority stake from the existing shareholders (private persons) and the simultaneous acquisition of the Dutch company Greenyard Prepared Netherlands BV (previously operating under the brand name Lutèce BV).

Both companies form the Okechamp Group capital group, which has become the largest producer of processed mushrooms in the world.

The Polish company plays a leading role in the project.
