Refinancing of V Tower with P Capital Partners
Cornerstone Investment Management has successfully completed the refinancing of V Tower, marking an important step as the project transitions from an intensive revitalisation phase into full commercialisation.
The refinancing replaces the project’s both previous bank senior financing and junior loan with a five-year unitranche facility provided by P Capital Partners (PCP), securing long-term, stable funding for the asset. The transaction reflects strong confidence in both the project fundamentals and the revitalisation strategy implemented by Cornerstone.
The refinancing follows the delivery of one of the most comprehensive office revitalisations in Poland. V Tower has undergone a full technical and functional transformation, with all core building systems replaced or modernised, while retaining its distinctive architectural character. The project achieves specifications comparable to new-build developments, while delivering an estimated 85% reduction in embodied carbon compared to demolition and reconstruction.
With the revitalisation phase nearing completion, Cornerstone is now fully focused on the commercialisation of the building. The project has already attracted key tenants, confirming strong market demand for high-quality, future-ready office space in central Warsaw.
