Cornerstone Investment Management acquired Ecowipes in 2023. The most technologically advanced bio-degradable wet wipes producer in Europe. An expert in bio-degradable consumer product solutions with three factories in Europe producing wet wipes, hygiene buds and cosmetic pads. Its differentiating qualities are its innovative and environment-friendly technologies such as its broad portfolio of biodegradable solutions, everything to reduce its carbon footprint and educating consumers and inspiring them to change their daily habits.
The consortium of Oaktree and Cornerstone Investment Management have created a Nationwide Veterinary Platform LuxVet Group to consolidate entities operating on this market in Poland in 2021.
The platform will consist of around 200 veterinary facilities - bringing together the best and most ambitious veterinarians and practice owners. Among the facilities LuxVet Group will also build modern veterinary hospitals of European standards in the largest cities. The platform will focus on developments and bringing new standards of services in clinics, new technology, and give access to capital and modern medical knowledge.
Cornerstone Investment Management ran a cross border investment into a Pan European platform of vertically integrated mushroom producers in 2021. The investment was made into Okechamp in Poland and Lutece in the Netherlands. The new business trades its goods globally and generates EUR 180 million sales at the moment of investment.

Today, Avenga is a global IT platform, offering a full-service business solutions and supporting global organizations in their digital transformation. With approximately 4,300 IT specialists operating in 31 offices located in Europe - headquratered in Germany - Asia, LatAm and USA, Avenga focuses on healthcare, banking and insurance services as welll as high tech production.
The consortium of Oaktree and Cornerstone Investment Management acquired ProService in 2016. ProService is a market leader in providing technology services and solutions to mutual and pension funds, insurance companies, and banks. Provides Transfer Agent, Asset Valuation, Fund Distribution, Asset Management, Corporate Accounting, Manage Services, and IT Solutions. ProService Finteco HQ in Luxembourg, operates in Poland, the UK, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Austria.
The consortium of Bridgepoint and Cornerstone Investment Management acquired Smyk in 2016. Smyk is an iconic Polish kids brand, offering toys, clothes and accessories for children available in over 250 shops in Poland, Romania, Ukraine and the Middle East and additionally Smyk’s own brand products are available in 14 European countries and Asia.
E-TOTO was established in 2011 and is Poland’s third largest betting company offering an online betting platform which is also available through multiple kiosks located across the country. Cornerstone Investment Management has held a stake in E-TOTO since 2014.
Rail Engineering, previously Bombardier Transportation (Rail Engineering) Polska, engages in design of rail control and signalling systems and engineering services. It is part of the Transportation, Rail Control Solutions segment acquired by Alstom from Bombardier in 2021. Cornerstone Investment Management holds a non-controlling stake in Rail Engineering since 2010.
Cornerstone Investment Management is a limited partner in Cornerstone Venture Partners which is an early-stage venture capital firm focused on B2B technology solutions, headquartered in New York and with offices in California and Israel.

Cornerstone Investment Management acquired Warta Tower in 2023 - the iconic office building in Warsaw. Warta Tower is the most recognizable office building in Warsaw CBD with over 32 thousand square meters of office space. The refurbishment works, post-COVID solutions, state-of-the-art designed facilities and features will put Warta building back on the map of Warsaw CBD, as the most advanced, sustainable office project available on the market. The finalisation of the refurbishment is planned for 2025.
A consortium between Cornerstone Investment Management and Crestyl acquired Spravia in 2021. The company has been conducting development activity since 1999 (until 2021 under the name Budimex Nieruchomości). During this time it has completed about 140 projects in 5 major cities in Poland (Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań, Kraków and Wrocław). The total of 20,000 housing units and premises have been built and the quality of the estates has been measured by the awards and distinctions they have received, including in the prestigious “Construction of the Year” competition.
Alongside Redefine, Cornerstone Investment Management has held a stake in European Logistics Investment (ELI) since 2018. ELI is a logistic investment platform in Poland comprising of 16 income-producing properties and a pipeline of 24 new developments totalling approximately EUR 1 billion in value and 2 million sqm in size.
Cornerstone Investment Management bought the project in 2017. The initial concept was a luxury Hotel, eventually it has been transformed into 86 high-end condominiums. The residential complex Kulturhaus Zinnowitz is located directly in the centre of the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and gives the buyers full support in coordinating, detailed planning of the construction but also assists in the interior design. The completion is planned for mid-2024
