
PRZEMYSŁAW KRYCH
Founder
Przemysław Krych is the founder of Cornerstone Investment Management, CEE's leading private equity investment management businesses. He also founded Griffin Real Estate, which was the largest real estate asset manager in CEE with approximately €5 billion of assets under management.
Przemysław has deep expertise and experience in both investment, restructuring and business management and has a demonstrable track record of creating value for investors. He lead the execution of multiple landmark deals in the region.
Prior to founding Cornerstone Investment Management, Przemysław was a managing director and a manager of the Emerging Europe Private Equity Funds group at Franklin Templeton and prior to that he worked at Bank Handlowy (now Citi Handlowy), where he held number of senior positions including amongst others Chairman of Investment Committee and Member of Management Committee.
Przemysław is also a member of the Foundation Council in the Foundation Media Liberation Fund.
In May 2022 Przemysław Krych was awarded with the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity. The Decoration is awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland to the activists of the anti-communist opposition between 1956 and 1989.
In November 2022 also decorated by the Chief of the Office for War Veterans and Victims of Oppression with the Honourary badge of Anti-communist activist repressed for political reasons.
Przemysław graduated with first class honours from the Law Department of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he subsequently worked as an assistant lecturer.
