Przemysław Krych is the Founder of Cornerstone Investment Management (2001) - private equity investor - currently with over EUR 5 billion of assets under management. He subsequently founded Griffin Real Estate (2006), which - under his leadership - grew to become the largest real estate asset manager in CEE.

Przemysław Krych has deep expertise and experience in both investment, restructuring and business management and has a demonstrable track record of creating value for investors. He lead execution of multiple landmark deals. Prior to founding Cornerstone Investment Management, Przemysław Krych was a Managing Director and Manager of Emerging Europe Private Equity Funds at Franklin Templeton. Before joining Templeton he held a number of top managerial positions at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

Przemysław Krych was awarded with the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity and subsequently with Pro Patria Medal - both for his contribution to Poland’s regained independence in 1989.

Tomasz Dąbrowski is a distinguished transactional and business leader with over 30 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and finance, complemented by two decades of strategic leadership.

For ten years, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of a leading global professional services firm in continental Europe, driving its expansion across Europe and Central Asia. Under his leadership, the firm multiplied its revenue and expanded its footprint into new markets through strategic mergers and top-tier talent recruitment. As a member of the core global leadership team, he helped shape and execute an innovative global strategy, which fuelled business transformation and growth.

Prior to his tenure as CEO, he co-chaired his former firm’s Corporate Group in Europe and led operations in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, honing his expertise in cross-border transactions and market expansion.

A renown Polish M&A and transactional expert, Tomasz has advised private equity funds, banks, international corporations, as well as other institutional clients on high-stakes deals, including acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and financings.

W Santander był odpowiedzialny za inicjowanie i skuteczne przeprowadzanie wielu kluczowych transakcji Santander i dużych restrukturyzacji w Polsce oraz za koordynację działań związanych z finansowaniem handlu oraz fuzji i przejęć dla wybranych klientów. Wcześniej przez osiem lat związany był z Citibank Polska.

Janusz Madurski dołączył do Cornerstone Investment Management w 2017 roku. Jako Senior Associate jest odpowiedzialny za realizację i monitoring inwestycji. Wcześniej Janusz pracował w Rothschild & Co oraz zdobywał doświadczenie dzięki stażom w Advent International i J.P. Morgan. Janusz jest absolwentem University of Warwick w Wielkiej Brytanii.

Michał Piwowarczyk joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2024. As Parter he is responsible for executing and monitoring domestic and cross-border investments. Prior, Michał has worked as a Managing Director at FIDEA Corporate Finance – a leading M&A boutique focused on consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors. Michał has over 14 years of domestic and international M&A experience gathered during high profile engagements for both Polish and international clients.

Michał holds MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as BSc (Hons) International Business and Management from University of Bradford School of Management. He has also studied at Haas Business School, University of California at Berkeley.

Maciej, before joining Cornerstone, worked for two years as a Director in Structured Finance team of BNP Paribas Bank Polska and earlier spent twelve years with Santander Bank Polska (BZ WBK).

During his career in banking, he was responsible for origination, structuring and execution of large-cap debt transactions for banks’ key clients (in financial sponsors and large corporates segments), with special focus on acquisition finance and syndicated loans.
Maciej graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 2004, where he majored in International Economics.

Jakub Głąb joined Prior Cornerstone Investment Management in 2022. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jakub worked at Pekao Investment Banking, where he was involved in several M&A, ECM as well as DCM transactions. Previously, he gained experience in the M&A team at EY.

Jakub is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He also studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.

He is a Licensed Investment Advisor and a Stock Broker recognized by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Magdalena joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2024. He main focus is on deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence and risk management of real estate and M&A transactions.

She gained experience at law firms such as Dentons, White & Case, and Linklaters, working on real estate and corporate deal advising investment funds and corporate clients.

She holds a law degree from Jagiellonian University and obtained her advocate qualification in 2021.

Karol Klin ma ponad 20-letnie doświadczenie w sektorze nieruchomości komercyjnych w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. Do Cornerstone Investment Management przeszedł z Globalworth, gdzie pełnił funkcję Head of Leasing. Wcześniej Karol był odpowiedzialny za działalność leasingową w GTC, Skanska Property i Echo Investment. W trakcie swojej kariery zawodowej Karol pracował w różnych firmach pośredniczących w obrocie nieruchomościami, takich jak JLL i CBRE. Karol jest licencjonowanym pośrednikiem, zarządcą nieruchomości i członkiem Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) oraz Certyfikowanym Członkiem Inwestycji Komercyjnych (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Grzegorz joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2023. He started his professional career in the UK after graduating from real estate valuation and management at UWM in Olszyn. In London for almost 15 years, he dealt with finance and controlling studying ACCA. At Cornerstone, he is part of the Finance team responsible for financial management across the group.

Aleksandra joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in November 2023. With over eight years of experience in office administration gained during her time in Polish law enforcement, she brings a strong background in organization, communication, and attention to detail. As the assistant to the founder of Cornerstone Investment Management, is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, and managing communication with suppliers and contractors. She is a graduate of the Police Academy in Szczytno

Daria joined the Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2022. Prior to that, she worked at Games Workshop in the United Kingdom, where she gained two years of professional experience. She manages the office and is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and assisting with office management.

Katarzyna joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in April 2022. Previously, she worked at Globalworth, where she gained experience in the office administration and marketing departments for over 4 years. She is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, and contacts with suppliers and contractors. She also watches over the proper functioning of the office.
Katarzyna is a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw.

Andrzej Cytrycki joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020 and has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and communication. Over his career to date, he worked with EPP, the largest retail real estate owner in Poland responsible for new media marketing and was also part of the team who launched Student Depot, the first private student housing platform in Poland. Andrzej left Student Depot after developing strong brand recognition and high levels of visibility with five dorms in five major cities, and over 2,000 beds. 

Before focusing on private equity, Andrzej was working on marketing for financial institutions including Union Investment, Robeco and BankBGZ.
