Przemysław Krych is the Founder of Cornerstone Investment Management (2001) - private equity investor - currently with over EUR 5 billion of assets under management. He subsequently founded Griffin Real Estate (2006), which - under his leadership - grew to become the largest real estate asset manager in CEE.

Przemysław Krych has deep expertise and experience in both investment, restructuring and business management and has a demonstrable track record of creating value for investors. He lead execution of multiple landmark deals. Prior to founding Cornerstone Investment Management, Przemysław Krych was a Managing Director and Manager of Emerging Europe Private Equity Funds at Franklin Templeton. Before joining Templeton he held a number of top managerial positions at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

Przemysław Krych was awarded with the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity and subsequently with Pro Patria Medal - both for his contribution to Poland’s regained independence in 1989.

Paweł Dębowski is one of the most respected and recognised real estate professionals in Poland and CEE. With over 30 years of expertise, he was involved in numerous strategic real estate investments and developments in Poland.

He started his career at Arthur Andersen and for the last ten years he worked at Dentons, the largest law firm in the world, as the Chairman of the Real Estate Group, Europe advising institutional investors, developers, lenders, construction companies and major international companies operating in CEE and Western Europe. Paweł was previously Chairman of the management board of GTC S.A. (the largest developer in CEE) where he was responsible for projects across the region including the first commercial, office development in Serbia, institutional developments and sales in Romania and the development of the second phase of Iconic Galeria Mokotów and Galeria Kazimierz.

Paweł is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Andrzej Klesyk is a seasoned executive and is most well renowned as being the longest-serving CEO of PZU, the CEE's largest insurer. Under his leadership, he initiated and supervised PZU’s successful listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which, at the time, was the largest ever in Poland's. Prior to joining PZU, Andrzej was a Founder of Inteligo, the fast-growing internet bank in Poland, which he successfully sold to PKO BP, Poland’s largest banking group. He also served as Partner at both McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group.

Andrzej's business interests lie in fostering breakthrough ideas, developing new business concepts that increase shareholder and investor value and major transformational projects. He graduated from Harvard Business School with a MBA and currently sits on the European Advisory Board to the School.

Alexander Lukanov, has over 27 years of experience in the banking industry. Over the years, he developed a Corporate Bank, was a Member of the Executive Board of the Alfa Bank banking group. Held the position of Member & Chief of Supervisors Board of subsidiary banks in Amsterdam, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tatarstan. He was a member of the Supervisory Boards of insurance, leasing companies, the largest retail chains in Eastern Europe. For the last 17 years he was Chief of Supervising Board / CEO / President of Alfa Bank Ukraine - one of the largest private banks in Ukraine. Last years specialized in debt collection, M&A (the largest transactions in the Ukrainian market - the acquisition of Bank of Cyprus UA and the merger with Unicredit UA).

Andrzej Rojek emigrated to the USA from Poland in 1981 and upon graduating from Columbia University in New York City began a career in Wall Street. Andrzej worked at Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust, where he was the partner in charge of the global equity derivatives business and subsequently, he co-founded Lydian Asset Management; a $3billion hedge fund focused on equity derivatives and relative value credit investments. Andrzej has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards including foundations, educational institutions and charitable organizations. 

In 2012 Andrzej initiated a campaign, which resulted in posthumously awarding Jan Karski the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He presently serves as the Chair of the Board of Jan Karski Educational Foundation and is involved in managing a broad range of private investments, from data companies to vineyards in Burgundy.

Piotr Zajączkowski has over 20 years of experience in private equity, management, and M&A. He has extensive business modelling and valuation experience with expertise across a broad range of industries, including TMT, gambling and gaming, chemicals, construction, transportation, logistics, food and real estate. Piotr led several large-scale structured finance projects, corporate bond issues, and IPOs. He was responsible for the IPO, subsequent de-listing, and final sale of Multimedia Polska, Poland's largest cable player, to Vectra. Piotr has served on management and supervisory boards, including InterCars, Multimedia Polska and ETOTO.

Joanna Folbrier is a CFO and Partner responsible for Finance & Accounting at Cornerstone Investment Management and joined in 2020. Previously Joanna was at Griffin Real Estate. At Cornerstone Investment Management, she is responsible for supervising the current investment portfolio and for planning, preparing, and managing the investment structures and holding companies. Joanna completed studies in international relations at the University of Warsaw and in corporate finance and accounting at the Kozminski University.

Tomasz Pietrzak is a Partner at Cornerstone Investment Management responsible for cross-border investments. Before joining Cornerstone Investment Management, Tomasz worked at Morgan Stanley in London in consumer and industrials sector focusing on European M&A transactions and at Penta Investments, a CEE focused private equity firm. At Penta, Tomasz was responsible for the Group’s investments in Iglotex, the largest frozen food producer and distributor in Poland and in Empik, the largest omnichannel retailer and service provider. Tomasz graduated from the Imperial College London, and the University of Sussex.

Przemek Pikus has been involved in Poland’s financial markets for over 20 years. His most recent professional prior to joining Cornerstone Investment Management was as a Managing Director at Santander in the Corporate & Investment Banking group. At Santander, he was responsible for the origination and successful execution of many of Santander’s key transactions and major restructurings in Poland  and the coordination of trade finance and M&A activities for selected clients. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with Citibank Poland.

Maciej, before joining Cornerstone, worked for two years as a Director in Structured Finance team of BNP Paribas Bank Polska and earlier spent twelve years with Santander Bank Polska (BZ WBK).

During his career in banking, he was responsible for origination, structuring and execution of large-cap debt transactions for banks’ key clients (in financial sponsors and large corporates segments), with special focus on acquisition finance and syndicated loans.
Maciej graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 2004, where he majored in International Economics.

Paweł Wołkanowicz heads the legal department of Cornerstone Investment Management and specialises in real estate law having joined in 2020. He was previously at Griffin Real Estate for 14 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Property Valuation College of the Warsaw School of Management.

Janusz Madurski joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2017. As a Senior Vice President he is responsible for executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Cornerstone Investment Management, Janusz worked at Rothschild & Co and gained experience from internships at Advent International and J.P. Morgan. Janusz graduated from University of Warwick in the UK.

Michał Piwowarczyk joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2024. As a Senior Vice President he is responsible for executing and monitoring domestic and cross-border investments. Prior, Michał has worked as a Managing Director at FIDEA Corporate Finance – a leading M&A boutique focused on consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors. Michał has over 14 years of domestic and international M&A experience gathered during high profile engagements for both Polish and international clients.

Michał holds MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as BSc (Hons) International Business and Management from University of Bradford School of Management. He has also studied at Haas Business School, University of California at Berkeley.

Natalia Leszko joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2021 as the company’s in-house lawyer. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Natalia worked for Polish law firms specialising in real estate law and as an in-house lawyer in an energy industry company, focusing on B2B clients – REIT funds, private equity funds and real estate developers. She has over 10 year experience in managing legal real estate issues.

Natalia graduated from the University of Warsaw – Faculty of Law and Administration and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2018 as an advocate.

Tomasz Jemielity joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2019, where he is responsible for corporate private equity and private equity real estate transactions. Previously, he gained experience at Rothschild & Co and in the M&A department of PwC. Tomasz graduated from Poznan University with a degree in Economics, Management and International Business and ESCP Business School in Paris with a degree in Finance.

Grzegorz joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2023. He started his professional career in the UK after graduating from real estate valuation and management at UWM in Olszyn. In London for almost 15 years, he dealt with finance and controlling studying ACCA. At Cornerstone, he is part of the Finance team responsible for financial management across the group.

Filip Bojdo is a Senior Associate at Cornerstone Investment Management responsible for executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining CIM in 2021, he gained over 5 years of experience working at private equity funds (Omikron Capital, Waterland PE) and M&A advisory firms (mInvestment Banking, Azimutus).
Filip holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics. As part of exchange programs he also studied at NUS Business School in Singapore and Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.

Jakub Głąb joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2022. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jakub worked at Pekao Investment Banking, where he was involved in several M&A, ECM as well as DCM transactions. Previously, he gained experience in the M&A team at EY.

Jakub is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He also studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.

He is a Licensed Investment Advisor and a Stock Broker recognized by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Olga Bartosik joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020. She was previously associated with Griffin Real Estate where she gained experience in office administration. Olga's responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. On a daily basis she drafts and updates financial spreadsheets while also reviewing organization’s bank statements.

Katarzyna joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in April 2022. Previously, she worked at Globalworth, where she gained experience in the office administration and marketing departments for over 4 years. She is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, and contacts with suppliers and contractors. She also watches over the proper functioning of the office.
Katarzyna is a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw.

Daria joined the Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2022. Prior to that, she worked at Games Workshop in the United Kingdom, where she gained two years of professional experience. She manages the office and is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and assisting with office management.

Andrzej Cytrycki joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020 and has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and communication. Over his career to date, he worked with EPP, the largest retail real estate owner in Poland responsible for new media marketing and was also part of the team who launched Student Depot, the first private student housing platform in Poland. Andrzej left Student Depot after developing strong brand recognition and high levels of visibility with five dorms in five major cities, and over 2,000 beds. 

Before focusing on private equity, Andrzej was working on marketing for financial institutions including Union Investment, Robeco and BankBGZ.

He was a member of the Supervisory Boards of insurance, leasing companies, the largest retail chains in Eastern Europe. For the last 17 years he was Chief of Supervising Board / CEO / President of Alfa Bank Ukraine - one of the largest private banks in Ukraine. Last years specialized in debt collection, M&A (the largest transactions in the Ukrainian market - the acquisition of Bank of Cyprus UA and the merger with Unicredit UA).

Andrzej Rojek emigrated to the USA from Poland in 1981 and upon graduating from Columbia University in New York City began a career in Wall Street. Andrzej worked at Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust, where he was the partner in charge of the global equity derivatives business and subsequently, he co-founded Lydian Asset Management; a $3billion hedge fund focused on equity derivatives and relative value credit investments. Andrzej has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards including foundations, educational institutions and charitable organizations. 

In 2012 Andrzej initiated a campaign, which resulted in posthumously awarding Jan Karski the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He presently serves as the Chair of the Board of Jan Karski Educational Foundation and is involved in managing a broad range of private investments, from data companies to vineyards in Burgundy.

Piotr Zajączkowski has over 20 years of experience in private equity, management, and M&A. He has extensive business modelling and valuation experience with expertise across a broad range of industries, including TMT, gambling and gaming, chemicals, construction, transportation, logistics, food and real estate. Piotr led several large-scale structured finance projects, corporate bond issues, and IPOs. He was responsible for the IPO, subsequent de-listing, and final sale of Multimedia Polska, Poland's largest cable player, to Vectra. Piotr has served on management and supervisory boards, including InterCars, Multimedia Polska and ETOTO.

Joanna Folbrier is a CFO and Partner responsible for Finance & Accounting at Cornerstone Investment Management and joined in 2020. Previously Joanna was at Griffin Real Estate. At Cornerstone Investment Management, she is responsible for supervising the current investment portfolio and for planning, preparing, and managing the investment structures and holding companies. Joanna completed studies in international relations at the University of Warsaw and in corporate finance and accounting at the Kozminski University.

Tomasz Pietrzak is a Partner at Cornerstone Investment Management responsible for cross-border investments. Before joining Cornerstone Investment Management, Tomasz worked at Morgan Stanley in London in consumer and industrials sector focusing on European M&A transactions and at Penta Investments, a CEE focused private equity firm. At Penta, Tomasz was responsible for the Group’s investments in Iglotex, the largest frozen food producer and distributor in Poland and in Empik, the largest omnichannel retailer and service provider. Tomasz graduated from the Imperial College London, and the University of Sussex.

Przemek Pikus has been involved in Poland’s financial markets for over 20 years. His most recent professional prior to joining Cornerstone Investment Management was as a Managing Director at Santander in the Corporate & Investment Banking group. At Santander, he was responsible for the origination and successful execution of many of Santander’s key transactions and major restructurings in Poland  and the coordination of trade finance and M&A activities for selected clients. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with Citibank Poland.

Maciej, before joining Cornerstone, worked for two years as a Director in Structured Finance team of BNP Paribas Bank Polska and earlier spent twelve years with Santander Bank Polska (BZ WBK).

During his career in banking, he was responsible for origination, structuring and execution of large-cap debt transactions for banks’ key clients (in financial sponsors and large corporates segments), with special focus on acquisition finance and syndicated loans.
Maciej graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 2004, where he majored in International Economics.

Paweł Wołkanowicz heads the legal department of Cornerstone Investment Management and specialises in real estate law having joined in 2020. He was previously at Griffin Real Estate for 14 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Property Valuation College of the Warsaw School of Management.

Janusz Madurski joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2017. As a Senior Vice President he is responsible for executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Cornerstone Investment Management, Janusz worked at Rothschild & Co and gained experience from internships at Advent International and J.P. Morgan. Janusz graduated from University of Warwick in the UK.

Michał Piwowarczyk joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2024. As a Senior Vice President he is responsible for executing and monitoring domestic and cross-border investments. Prior, Michał has worked as a Managing Director at FIDEA Corporate Finance – a leading M&A boutique focused on consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors. Michał has over 14 years of domestic and international M&A experience gathered during high profile engagements for both Polish and international clients.

Michał holds MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as BSc (Hons) International Business and Management from University of Bradford School of Management. He has also studied at Haas Business School, University of California at Berkeley.

Natalia Leszko joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2021 as the company’s in-house lawyer. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Natalia worked for Polish law firms specialising in real estate law and as an in-house lawyer in an energy industry company, focusing on B2B clients – REIT funds, private equity funds and real estate developers. She has over 10 year experience in managing legal real estate issues.

Natalia graduated from the University of Warsaw – Faculty of Law and Administration and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2018 as an advocate.

Tomasz Jemielity joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2019, where he is responsible for corporate private equity and private equity real estate transactions. Previously, he gained experience at Rothschild & Co and in the M&A department of PwC. Tomasz graduated from Poznan University with a degree in Economics, Management and International Business and ESCP Business School in Paris with a degree in Finance.

Grzegorz joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2023. He started his professional career in the UK after graduating from real estate valuation and management at UWM in Olszyn. In London for almost 15 years, he dealt with finance and controlling studying ACCA. At Cornerstone, he is part of the Finance team responsible for financial management across the group.

Filip Bojdo is a Senior Associate at Cornerstone Investment Management responsible for executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining CIM in 2021, he gained over 5 years of experience working at private equity funds (Omikron Capital, Waterland PE) and M&A advisory firms (mInvestment Banking, Azimutus).
Filip holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics. As part of exchange programs he also studied at NUS Business School in Singapore and Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.

Olga Bartosik joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020. She was previously associated with Griffin Real Estate where she gained experience in office administration. Olga's responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. On a daily basis she drafts and updates financial spreadsheets while also reviewing organization’s bank statements.

Katarzyna joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in April 2022. Previously, she worked at Globalworth, where she gained experience in the office administration and marketing departments for over 4 years. She is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, and contacts with suppliers and contractors. She also watches over the proper functioning of the office.
Katarzyna is a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw.

Daria joined the Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2022. Prior to that, she worked at Games Workshop in the United Kingdom, where she gained two years of professional experience. She manages the office and is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and assisting with office management.

Andrzej Cytrycki joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020 and has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and communication. Over his career to date, he worked with EPP, the largest retail real estate owner in Poland responsible for new media marketing and was also part of the team who launched Student Depot, the first private student housing platform in Poland. Andrzej left Student Depot after developing strong brand recognition and high levels of visibility with five dorms in five major cities, and over 2,000 beds. 

Before focusing on private equity, Andrzej was working on marketing for financial institutions including Union Investment, Robeco and BankBGZ.

    Przemysław Krych is the Founder of Cornerstone Investment Management (2001) - private equity investor - currently with over EUR 5 billion of assets under management. He subsequently founded Griffin Real Estate (2006), which - under his leadership - grew to become the largest real estate asset manager in CEE.

    Przemysław Krych has deep expertise and experience in both investment, restructuring and business management and has a demonstrable track record of creating value for investors. He lead execution of multiple landmark deals. Prior to founding Cornerstone Investment Management, Przemysław Krych was a Managing Director and Manager of Emerging Europe Private Equity Funds at Franklin Templeton. Before joining Templeton he held a number of top managerial positions at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

He was responsible for the IPO, subsequent de-listing, and final sale of Multimedia Polska, Poland's largest cable player, to Vectra. Piotr has served on management and supervisory boards, including InterCars, Multimedia Polska and ETOTO.

Joanna Folbrier is a CFO and Partner responsible for Finance & Accounting at Cornerstone Investment Management and joined in 2020. Previously Joanna was at Griffin Real Estate. At Cornerstone Investment Management, she is responsible for supervising the current investment portfolio and for planning, preparing, and managing the investment structures and holding companies. Joanna completed studies in international relations at the University of Warsaw and in corporate finance and accounting at the Kozminski University.

Tomasz Pietrzak is a Partner at Cornerstone Investment Management responsible for cross-border investments. Before joining Cornerstone Investment Management, Tomasz worked at Morgan Stanley in London in consumer and industrials sector focusing on European M&A transactions and at Penta Investments, a CEE focused private equity firm. At Penta, Tomasz was responsible for the Group’s investments in Iglotex, the largest frozen food producer and distributor in Poland and in Empik, the largest omnichannel retailer and service provider. Tomasz graduated from the Imperial College London, and the University of Sussex.

Przemek Pikus has been involved in Poland’s financial markets for over 20 years. His most recent professional prior to joining Cornerstone Investment Management was as a Managing Director at Santander in the Corporate & Investment Banking group. At Santander, he was responsible for the origination and successful execution of many of Santander’s key transactions and major restructurings in Poland  and the coordination of trade finance and M&A activities for selected clients. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with Citibank Poland.

Maciej, before joining Cornerstone, worked for two years as a Director in Structured Finance team of BNP Paribas Bank Polska and earlier spent twelve years with Santander Bank Polska (BZ WBK).

During his career in banking, he was responsible for origination, structuring and execution of large-cap debt transactions for banks’ key clients (in financial sponsors and large corporates segments), with special focus on acquisition finance and syndicated loans.
Maciej graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 2004, where he majored in International Economics.

Paweł Wołkanowicz heads the legal department of Cornerstone Investment Management and specialises in real estate law having joined in 2020. He was previously at Griffin Real Estate for 14 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Property Valuation College of the Warsaw School of Management.

Janusz Madurski joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2017. As a Senior Vice President he is responsible for executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining Cornerstone Investment Management, Janusz worked at Rothschild & Co and gained experience from internships at Advent International and J.P. Morgan. Janusz graduated from University of Warwick in the UK.

Michał Piwowarczyk joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2024. As a Senior Vice President he is responsible for executing and monitoring domestic and cross-border investments. Prior, Michał has worked as a Managing Director at FIDEA Corporate Finance – a leading M&A boutique focused on consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors. Michał has over 14 years of domestic and international M&A experience gathered during high profile engagements for both Polish and international clients.

Michał holds MSc in Finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as BSc (Hons) International Business and Management from University of Bradford School of Management. He has also studied at Haas Business School, University of California at Berkeley.

Natalia Leszko joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2021 as the company’s in-house lawyer. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Natalia worked for Polish law firms specialising in real estate law and as an in-house lawyer in an energy industry company, focusing on B2B clients – REIT funds, private equity funds and real estate developers. She has over 10 year experience in managing legal real estate issues.

Natalia graduated from the University of Warsaw – Faculty of Law and Administration and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2018 as an advocate.

Tomasz Jemielity joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2019, where he is responsible for corporate private equity and private equity real estate transactions. Previously, he gained experience at Rothschild & Co and in the M&A department of PwC. Tomasz graduated from Poznan University with a degree in Economics, Management and International Business and ESCP Business School in Paris with a degree in Finance.

Grzegorz joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2023. He started his professional career in the UK after graduating from real estate valuation and management at UWM in Olszyn. In London for almost 15 years, he dealt with finance and controlling studying ACCA. At Cornerstone, he is part of the Finance team responsible for financial management across the group.

Filip Bojdo is a Senior Associate at Cornerstone Investment Management responsible for executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining CIM in 2021, he gained over 5 years of experience working at private equity funds (Omikron Capital, Waterland PE) and M&A advisory firms (mInvestment Banking, Azimutus).
Filip holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics. As part of exchange programs he also studied at NUS Business School in Singapore and Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.

Jakub Głąb joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2022. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jakub worked at Pekao Investment Banking, where he was involved in several M&A, ECM as well as DCM transactions. Previously, he gained experience in the M&A team at EY.

Jakub is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He also studied at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.

He is a Licensed Investment Advisor and a Stock Broker recognized by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Olga Bartosik joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020. She was previously associated with Griffin Real Estate where she gained experience in office administration. Olga's responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. On a daily basis she drafts and updates financial spreadsheets while also reviewing organization’s bank statements.

Katarzyna joined Cornerstone Investment Management team in April 2022. Previously, she worked at Globalworth, where she gained experience in the office administration and marketing departments for over 4 years. She is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, and contacts with suppliers and contractors. She also watches over the proper functioning of the office.
Katarzyna is a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw.

Daria joined the Cornerstone Investment Management team in 2022. Prior to that, she worked at Games Workshop in the United Kingdom, where she gained two years of professional experience. She manages the office and is responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing business trips, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and assisting with office management.

Andrzej Cytrycki joined Cornerstone Investment Management in 2020 and has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and communication. Over his career to date, he worked with EPP, the largest retail real estate owner in Poland responsible for new media marketing and was also part of the team who launched Student Depot, the first private student housing platform in Poland. Andrzej left Student Depot after developing strong brand recognition and high levels of visibility with five dorms in five major cities, and over 2,000 beds. 

Before focusing on private equity, Andrzej was working on marketing for financial institutions including Union Investment, Robeco and BankBGZ.

    Przemysław Krych is the Founder of Cornerstone Investment Management (2001) - private equity investor - currently with over EUR 5 billion of assets under management. He subsequently founded Griffin Real Estate (2006), which - under his leadership - grew to become the largest real estate asset manager in CEE.

    Przemysław Krych has deep expertise and experience in both investment, restructuring and business management and has a demonstrable track record of creating value for investors. He lead execution of multiple landmark deals. Prior to founding Cornerstone Investment Management, Przemysław Krych was a Managing Director and Manager of Emerging Europe Private Equity Funds at Franklin Templeton. Before joining Templeton he held a number of top managerial positions at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

    Przemysław Krych was awarded with the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity and subsequently with Pro Patria Medal - both for his contribution to Poland’s regained independence in 1989.

    Paweł Dębowski is one of the most respected and recognised real estate professionals in Poland and CEE. With over 30 years of expertise, he was involved in numerous strategic real estate investments and developments in Poland.

    He started his career at Arthur Andersen and for the last ten years he worked at Dentons, the largest law firm in the world, as the Chairman of the Real Estate Group, Europe advising institutional investors, developers, lenders, construction companies and major international companies operating in CEE and Western Europe. Paweł was previously Chairman of the management board of GTC S.A. (the largest developer in CEE) where he was responsible for projects across the region including the first commercial, office development in Serbia, institutional developments and sales in Romania and the development of the second phase of Iconic Galeria Mokotów and Galeria Kazimierz.

    Paweł is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

    Andrzej Klesyk is a seasoned executive and is most well renowned as being the longest-serving CEO of PZU, the CEE's largest insurer. Under his leadership, he initiated and supervised PZU’s successful listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which, at the time, was the largest ever in Poland's. Prior to joining PZU, Andrzej was a Founder of Inteligo, the fast-growing internet bank in Poland, which he successfully sold to PKO BP, Poland’s largest banking group. He also served as Partner at both McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group.

    Andrzej's business interests lie in fostering breakthrough ideas, developing new business concepts that increase shareholder and investor value and major transformational projects. He graduated from Harvard Business School with a MBA and currently sits on the European Advisory Board to the School.

    Andrzej Rojek emigrated to the USA from Poland in 1981 and upon graduating from Columbia University in New York City began a career in Wall Street. Andrzej worked at Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust, where he was the partner in charge of the global equity derivatives business and subsequently, he co-founded Lydian Asset Management; a $3billion hedge fund focused on equity derivatives and relative value credit investments. Andrzej has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards including foundations, educational institutions and charitable organizations. 

    In 2012 Andrzej initiated a campaign, which resulted in posthumously awarding Jan Karski the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He presently serves as the Chair of the Board of Jan Karski Educational Foundation and is involved in managing a broad range of private investments, from data companies to vineyards in Burgundy.
