Cornerstone Investment Management has successfully completed the refinancing of V Tower, marking an important step as the project transitions from an intensive revitalisation phase into full commercialisation.

Cornerstone Investment Management, together with its investment partner Fidera, has completed the acquisition of the Senator office building from Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.

Located in the very heart of Warsaw, Senator is one of the city’s most recognizable business addresses — a modern office building combining historical character with top-class technical standards. The acquisition marks another strategic step in expanding Cornerstone’s office portfolio.

Following a period of standstill, construction has resumed under a restructured ownership led by London-based Fidera Group, which has joined Cornerstone Investment Management as a joint venture partner.
