    Cornerstone Investment Management acquired Ecowipes in 2023. The most technologically advanced bio-degradable wet wipes producer in Europe. An expert in bio-degradable consumer product solutions with three factories in Europe producing wet wipes, hygiene buds and cosmetic pads. Its differentiating qualities are its innovative and environment-friendly technologies such as its broad portfolio of biodegradable solutions, everything to reduce its carbon footprint and educating consumers and inspiring them to change their daily habits.

    The consortium of Oaktree and Cornerstone Investment Management have created a Nationwide Veterinary Platform LuxVet Group to consolidate entities operating on this market in Poland in 2021 that also expanded into Romania in 2023.
    The platform will consist of around 200 veterinary facilities - bringing together the best and most ambitious veterinarians and practice owners. Among the facilities LuxVet Group will also build modern veterinary hospitals of European standards. The first one is already opened in Warsaw - Veterio (link:Veterio - klinika weterynaryjna Warszawa). The platform will focus on developments and bringing new standards of services in clinics, new technology, and give access to capital and modern medical knowledge.

    Cornerstone Investment Management ran a cross border investment into a Pan European platform of vertically integrated mushroom producers in 2021. The investment was made into Okechamp in Poland and Lutece in the Netherlands. Currently Okechamp is the world's largest white mushrooms processor. The business trades its goods globally and generates EUR 200 million sales at the moment of investment.

    Moventum was acquired in 2021 by Cornerstone Investment Management and Oaktree is an independent Luxembourg-based financial services platform serving financial advisors, asset managers, banks, insurance firms, and institutional investors. The company offers a digital trading and custody platform — MoventumOffice — that provides access to more than 10,000 funds, ETFs and securities. Moventum manages custody accounts for over 40,000 clients across 120+ countries, and also delivers fund distribution, fund administration and asset management services.

Cornerstone Investment Management holds a non-controlling stake in Rail Engineering since 2010.

    Cornerstone Investment Management acquired V Tower (previously Warta Tower) in 2023 - the iconic office building in Warsaw. Warta Tower is the most recognizable office building in Warsaw CBD with over 32 thousand square meters of office space. The refurbishment works, post-COVID solutions, state-of-the-art designed facilities and features will put Warta building back on the map of Warsaw CBD, as the most advanced, sustainable office project available on the market. The finalisation of the refurbishment is planned for 2025.

Offering modern office space in a dynamically developing district. A revitalised historical complex, PZO represents an outstanding project with exceptional architectural execution and high-quality contemporary realisation.

    Cornerstone Investment Management acquired the Kulturhaus Zinnowitz project in 2017. The original concept envisioned a luxury hotel; this has since evolved into 86 high-end condominiums. Located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz, the development offers buyers comprehensive support — from coordinating detailed construction planning to assisting with interior design.
    In July 2025, Fidera joined the project as a joint venture partner. Completion is scheduled for 2026.

ELI is a logistic investment platform in Poland comprising of 16 income-producing properties and a pipeline of 24 new developments totalling approximately EUR 1 billion in value and 2 million sqm in size.
