First place for Makeitright for the best InsurTech technological solution in Poland
Makeitright BrokerUFG won the Fintech StartUp Arena competition. The main prize was presented on Thursday, October 21, 2021 during the Fintech Summit event at the Kinoteka in Warsaw. The event was organized by Fintek.pl. This is the first edition of a new event on the Polish map of financial technology events.
Makeitright BrokerUFG took first place in the InsurTech category. Piotr Kania, CEO Makeitright and Adam Smółkowski, director of the Makeitright insurance division, talked about the BrokerUFG, the digitization of the insurance sector in Poland and the development of the InsurTech industry during the event.
- BrokerUFG is a modern solution that guarantee a maintenance-free request with the Insured Guarantee Fund, which translates into shortened support and service of a client - says Piotr Kania, CEO Makeitright.
The mechanism of the BrokerUFG system guarantees data feeding in the UFG online using the latest C and X modes and supplementing the missing data. BrokerUFG has automation in the processes of clarifying internal data inconsistencies, detecting uninsured and statistical form, as well as online reporting for ongoing supervision and access to CEPIK 2.0 data, police notes, auditing inquiries directed to the Fund.
BroUFG ensures that insurer will be ranked high in the quality of the data fund.
The Fintech StartUp Arena competition was conducted by Paweł Zylm - Business Angel of The Year 2020 by Cobin Angels. More than a dozen technology startups presented their products at Kinoteka.
The statuettes were awarded in ten weddings for the best technological solution: BankTech, LendTech, MedTech, InsurTech, HRTech, BNPL, PayTech, ESG, e-commerce, Paperless.
The winners were selected by the Program Council, which consists of over 20 outstanding market experts.
